Step-by-step
installation process Floating Seal:
1.
Align the correct pair of cones, installation tool, thread-on-fix
spray, mallet and lint-free cloth before starting the actual cabinet seal
installation.
2.
Ensure that you are using the appropriate equipment part number
and design provided by the SAP part for the seal.
Note:
- There are different tools for each painting. Check seal faces, O-rings and
housing are clean, free from mechanical damage.
1.
Attach the seal-o-fix to the seal surface and clean the seal using
a lint free wipe. Thoroughly clean the surface of the seal and ensure that
there is no microscopic dust. O-rings sprayed around the perimeter, providing
enough lubricant to fit the seal into the housing cavity.
2.
Insert the O-ring into the seal ram and ensure that it is properly
fastened to the sleeve. Ensure that the O-ring is not twisted or twisted.
3.
Grasp the O-ring in the seal ramp and insert the tool lip between
the O-ring gap and the seal surface inside the tool's round guide groove.
4.
Strongly seal the clamp formed by bringing the edges of the clamp
close to each other and tightening the check nut provided on the tool.
